Steve Wheen, better known as The Pothole Gardener, is based in London. He’s the guy behind the colorful decorated potholes in the roads.
The project started as part of his university course and has developed from there. The reasons? To make people smile and to warn them about potholes. Go ahead and check them out!

it shows the beautiful potholes and the reactions of people viewing them.
