Monday August 20th was opening night for the Breaking Bad Art Project show at Gallery 1988 Melrose. The pop culture gallery was packed with Breaking Bad fans along with line that stretched around the block to get in. Upon entering you instantly felt like you were in a familiar place; the super lab. Complete with barrels of methylmine, a lab setup, safety suits, and even a somewhat eerie setup of Gale’s ultimate coffee contraption. The walls were covered with iconic imagery that demonstrated an excellent balance of concept & technique on various mediums.
