Coca Cola Italia asks eight amazing Italian (women) fashion designers including Moschino, Donatella Versace, Angela Missoni, Alberto Ferreti, Consuelo Castiglioni and Etro to design a limited bottle for their ‘Tribute to Fashion’ charity project to raise money following the devastating earthquake in Abruzzo last year.
Each bottle communicates the personality and the style of each designers, by the use of colours or other graphical and structural elements.
The new designs will go on sale in the Italian city from 25 September with profits from sales helping young women from the Abruzzo area to find scholarships.
I jumped at the chance to participate in the Coca-Cola Light project because it was for charity and I thought it was important to collect funds for the survivors of the Abruzzo earthquake,
says Moschino creative director Rossella Jardini.
My interpretation of the Contour bottle featured all of Moschino’s iconic elements; the flamenco dancer, the bow, the clouds in the blue sky, and the Contour – instead of the bag – dipped in chocolate.
